Pygmalion has partnered with TeamShip (previously The Win-Win group) over many years. Teamship have a proud history of successful partnerships with global clients such as Airbus and many other national and international businesses (as well as work with NGOs).
The business partnering relationship has ranged from where we have either co-designed, planned and implemented an initiative for a mutual client (e.g. the co-facilitation of Pernod Ricard SA’s “game planning/ideation” to kick start it’s annual business and brand planning process; or contributing to Standard Bank’s “Ignite the Fire” conference for all its’ wellness staff across Africa) or worked together to ensure that the client derives the best-possible-solution from our respective entities. A more recent collaboration is working with Tiger Brands to implement their Winning Culture initiative (helping teams within the enterprise team align and execute on “must win battles” in support of financial year business goals and agree on their “Teamship rules” in support of the agreed Winning Behaviours).
Pygmalion and Teamship are also currently collaborating on a innovative solution to drive both a winning culture and a performance alignment and monitoring system (player scorecards on a digital platform) for improving the business performance of state owned enterprises. Our mutual conviction is that the crisis that we see across sub sahara African countries, where State Owned Enterprises (or SoEs) are “in the news for all the wrong reasons”, is a call to action that cannot be ignored!
