Pygmalion is pleased to join Paradigm Personality Labs (based in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA) as a Distributor of the WorkPlace Big Five Profile Suite for Sub Saharan Africa. Sean Germond is now a certified Master Trainer and has already delivered Certification Programmes to our existing clients (e.g., Centre of Creative Leadership) to build capacity and capability in CCL’s associate network to provide “feedback coaching” on Workplace Big Five profile reports.
